Even if prices are slightly higher in some instances or if some items are not of good quality, people must realize that it is not the fault of takealot. I have also bought many times. I'm always notified of delays plus they always ask in advance if some will be available to pick up the order as well as change the delivery date to suit your schedule. We cannot base judgement on one particular incident but a wholistic picture. They do strive to improve their sourced items. Their services on marketing skills, delivery returns etc are excellent.
