So first purchase of a magnetic window cleaner was great. Product worked like a bomb. Decided to purchase another one but different product came. Tried using and it just fell off the window on the other side. So my hubby bought another one which looked exactly the same as first purchase but it arrived and was the useless 2nd one we bought. Returned it with packaging and all and they said they cannot refund us. Will NEVER use them again and there useless products
