Instead of an tablet, they sent me a link to a digital book, reading all about Galaxy phones. What a rip of. I have sent them several emails, which goes unnoticed. I think that even the customer care consultant, was very unhelpful and insisted I cannot get a refund I am hoping, since this was my 10 year old daughters 1 year savings, for her Xmas present, that these people, refund me!!
