I received my order opened, damaged and tampered with! Both tripod box and ringlight box was damaged and opened. The tripod has a piece missing on the end where the box was received opend, the tripod was also damaged.
I am truly very unhappy, when the courier came to drop it of, he told me that he picked it up like that, so don't you have anyone checking the items? My cheaper item was packed very need and boxed up and sealed!!
He wanted me to send it back immediately before I could lock a return.
After locking a return I only got a message for pickup but no message for the return of a new unopend product, it is a very expensive item and would please like a new one.
I tried calling, I even send emails and left a message on Facebook messager and no response!
I have been a very loyal customer for years and this is the first time with such poor customer service and handling of goods.
They have picked up te parcel already but NO confirmation on when and if I'm getting my money back or a new product!
They just keep om ignoring!
This has left me no choice but to take it further, I didn't want go public with this but it seems like its the only way you (Takelot) respond!!
