Returned an item to takealot that was defective last week. Yesterday I get an email from Takealot stating that my return has been concluded and my account credited.
Upon checking my balance I saw it was 0 despite their email informing me that they have credited my account. I immediately sent an email and the only response I got was they have escalated to the relevant department and will get back to me as soon as feedback is received. I would think twice about doing business with them in the future.
