I placed an order on the 12th July and received sms notification that it would be delivered on the 17th July,never received the parcel only to find out through their tracker that my parcel has been delivered.
When I emailed them the Fast n furious contacted me to confirm that my parcel was in fact delivered .
Later the delivery guy informed that he delivered the parcel at the wrong address and the contents of the parcel have already been used.
I've emailed Takealot several times in the last few days and I got no response or update about my order and when to receive it or the refund.
I'm disappointed with their appalling service and together with Fast n furious.
