If I could give them a zero stars I would. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I sent expensive items of clothing in immaculate condition. Is been a month & nothing yet about my items. The UPS tracking states it arrived to their destination warehouse of ThredUP but that as far as it has gone. NEVER ever again will I conduct any business with ThreadUP. I am sooooo done. I used Thredup for the first time because it impressed me how they claimed to do business but I see that is far from what they say. Save yourself the aggravation & go to other means of selling your clothing items such as Ebay.
