Because this is ridiculous
I ordered slippers on Monday 20th of June waiting for it to come max end of the week per Saturday because I’m travelling on Saturday late
I received an email saying I’m gonna receive my parcel on 28th of June
I called the customer service on 24th they advise me to order new one and I’m gonna have it next day delivery so I’m gonna receive it Saturday before my flight
Which I did and I ordered new one with next day delivery options cost nearly £7
I received an email saying my delivery gonna arrived on 27th
After my flight
This is a joke
I called the customer service Kinza such rude person ever seen ask here about manger name she declined to give it to me
And his email address she said this is the policy
She think only her work in hospitality
