Faulty item I have an faulty item, it was a pair of shoes , my husband use it, but not too much, and one appears broke for a side and it’s clear that it is a faulty (I bought it in June), I ask for the manager , how it’s was out of date the recipe she told me that she can not do nothing and call customer service , I ask her if there is someone more to talk with and she told me No, I call them they gave a case number and come back to the store, in the store the manager direct me another manager, the other manager told me before call customer service without check the shoes that the decision will be made by the store and no for customer service …. Give me in advance the answer that they don’t are going to help me, when the manager was talking with the customer service she went away to talk with them to make sure that I don’t listen the conversation and they can back to offer me 20£ when I paid 70 £, the manager ask the customer service to tell me back the decision ….. unbelievable!!! I never had a bad customer service experience like this and shuch a bad shopping experience this just happen in Hammersmith and seriously I don’t think that I will be back to tkmaxx because they only care about sales but don’t care about take responsibility and ownership if something goes wrong with your item

Amazing customer service at the Stirlng store, fabulous help along with such warmth and efficiency from Sandra and James. Patient but excellent advert for Tk Maxx, well done to this great stirling store.

Fantastic professional, friendly service from Team Leader Joel and his colleague Callum- they helped me choose a sofa- even got one out of its box ( it had only just been delivered) they also assisted with arranging the delivery which was really hassle free- two great assets to the company, a real pleasure to deal with them and made for a streamlined purchase, lots of helpful information given about the care and protection of the fabric. Thank you again Joel and Callum.

I’ve just visited TK Max in Cwmbran and have to give a shout out to Sharon on the changing rooms. She was really kind and helpful and went the extra mile to help me with a sticky situation. If all retail staff were like her the world would be a better place. Thank you Sharon.

My mum went into the above bar branch in Southampton on Wednesday 10th April. She noticed the lift was not working and she is unstable going down on escalators. A very kind lady on the jewellery section came to her rescue and she called for the manager who was also a lady. They very kindly got the men fixing the lift to turn it of so she could go downstairs then when she got out they turned it back on. I just want to say they both went above and beyond customer service and they are a credit to your company. Thank you very much from a relieved daughter,

I am disappointed lately as the clothing does not sell good brand labels anymore. I can see low end poor fabrics colours and looks like low end shops. Music can be so bad drive you out of the shop. Skin products mostly cheap. Hair products great. Everything else is lovely. Love Xmas products that come out

TK MAX Castle Vale, Birmingham Store, UK. thinks its store policies can overrule United Kingdom's Laws. The laws for consumers right 2015, the manager even thinks that their policies are above the Uk Laws, people need to either their trading standards departments or take a lawsuit through small claims to put these people right, TK Max needs to retain their staff on basic knowledge !!

Bought two beautiful mirrored cabinets from the Chelmer Village store yesterday and Dean was so helpful getting them to my car. He was awesome. All the staff there were amazing. 5 star treatment.

Mehrmals gekaufte Waren sind zum ersten Mal kaputt. Ich habe einmal reklamiert aber die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse wollte den Schuld für die kaputte Ware an mich zu geben. So unverschämt, nachdem ich so viel eingekauft habe, insbesondere letzte Zeit bestimmt tausende von Euro. Bei Galeria haette ich niemals dieses Problem gehabt. Die sind echt fair. Auf keinen Fall werde ich nicht mehr dieses Betrugladen betreten.

All the staffs at TK Maxx Sutton are very nice and helpful. Especially NILA she goes extra miles with a nice smile to help. NILA has a very good customer approach. I will always come to TK Maxx Sutton to shop.

Bought a designer coat at very low price, with extra help from Laura, who was manning (personing?) the fitting rooms. She was so friendly and helpful, made my day. Thank you Laura - WOW!

My husband found a bag we wanted to buy for my MIL, asked an associate to unlock it for purchase and she needed to walkie someone. Waited 10 minutes before he went to the fitting room to ask the woman working there to help, she also walkied but would not help. I stood at the jewelry counter for 15 more minutes while my husband still stood by the purse we wanted to purchase. I finally must have annoyed the woman at the fitting room by standing there keeping eye contact that she finally came and asked me if I needed help, I said yes, pointed at my husband who had now stood there for almost a half hour and said he was still waiting to purchase the purse he was standing beside. Literally over a half hour, this was not a busy Saturday. It was a normal Thursday with 4 people behind the register, one at the fitting room, three stocking throughout the store.

No response to my complaint since 31st Oct 2022. Good evening It is with great regret that I feel the need to complain, however I feel compelled to inform you of the dreadful customer shopping experience at one of your flagship stores in Birmingham city centre. I am a regular customer of your Midlands stores and in particular the Bull Ring store mainly due to the VIP/Gold Label section. Saturday the 29th October I purchased £578 worth of clothes. I picked up a jumper marked up on a red price ticket at £65, I tried it on amongst other clothes and decided to purchase it. When I got to the till a very pleasant young lady said I think there is something wrong with the price so she went off with the jumper to find a manager, a female manager took some time at the opposite end of the tills I guess to do some checks, when the female manager came back, she just handed it to the advisor and said No it’s £79.99! No apology and no eye contact, just walked off, (as if to say - take it or leave it!) The young lady did apologise and asked if I still wanted it, I said yes as I liked it. Whilst she was ringing the items through, I asked the lady to please double check all the security tags are removed, as on 3 previous visits I was stopped at the exit door due to the antitheft devices/tags setting off the alarm.. Once I had paid, I asked if I could leave the bag at the store and collect it later as it was quite big and heavy, she said no problem and gave me a collection ticket to return later that evening which I did. As I continued my day in Birmingham, I stopped a bistro bar and happened to look through my receipt (something I never normally do): To my shock I noticed the till advisor had not only taken the £79.99 but she had also rung up the £65 and not deleted it, so basically, I paid £65.00 more than I should have!!. I went back to the store to collect my bag and asked for a manager, this time I got a gentleman named James, he apologised and sorted a refund for the £65.00. I also mentioned the situation regarding the price mix up earlier and I said this has not been a nice customer experience at all, to which he agreed and said he would look into it!! I then proceed to get my bag of goods and leave the store only for the alarm to off as there was still a security tag attached to some clothing, I was then humiliated as the security officer hailed for a manager and I had to go back to the tills again and this time have the entire contents emptied out while they checked the receipt and every item of clothes for a further security tag, which had been left on one item! All in all, a truly dreadful experience I sure you would agree. I await your response with anticipation Regards
