I want to commend Cristina at TK Maxx Beehive Centre in Cambridge. I was upset when returning shoes due to the wrong size and quality, especially after driving 30 minutes to the store. Despite my frustration, Cristina stayed calm, respectful, and professional the whole time and even made me laugh. Her patience and positive attitude completely changed the experience and left me reflecting on my own behavior. Excellent customer service like this truly deserves recognition.
