Thank you to Liz at TKMax, Menai Bridge Retail Park. I went to TKMax in Menai Retail Park, Bangor, North Wales to have a look at the sales & obviously it was pretty chaotic with customers discarding clothes & objects everywhere, which meant some items got separated. I was trying to find an assistant & Liz came to my rescue; she is a fabulous advert for TKMax customer service as she helped me look for a missing earring with a smile on her face & a lovely attitude. Later on I found a coat minus it's belt & after approaching several members of staff who shrugged their shoulders & walked away, Liz came round the corner & she offered to look behind the counter & in the changing room in case a customer had discarded it there. She also suggested my cousin use the online TKMax to find a jacket that the store didn't have in her size & we found one & purchased it online there & then. I don't think my cousin would have thought of this without Liz's help. She really made our day & I would like to say a huge thank you to a smashing assistant. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
