On Friday 13th having drive. From Shepton mallet depot who were helpful but didn’t have the item in stock. I got to Bridgewater depot at 1715 to find the store closed. I went to the car park where there was two members of staff. I asked why the store was shut when it said 1900 and I had had order confirmation. It was explained to me that they weee very short staffed and for reasons to do with that they had shut early. I needed the item as I was leaving early in the morning for a caravan holiday. I asked if the manager was still around to which the man said he was the manager. He then kindly went in and got my electric hook up. So thank you PAUL, for your customer care even after a long day which obviously had been syressful and also thank you to the other lovely member of staff who’s name I didn’t get.
