Needed 4 nine inch angle grinder metal cutting disks today for my brother in laws machine; major metal fence removal project on the go! I hadn’t used Toolstation before but as all the usual stores that I use (Screwfix, Homebase, etc) didn’t have any I dropped in to the Sleaford store. Very helpful staff found the disk that I needed, which I bought, and although they had only one in store, they gave me the catalogue and advised me to check the on line site to see if any of their other local stores had 3 more. Subsequently I registered on line and found that the Newark store had 3. Ordered click and collect which was very easy to do, drove over to Newark and collected the 3 disks; job done. Bottom line is that the excellent customer service in Sleaford prompted me to look further at purchasing from Toolstation; well done Sleaford Toolstation, I will certainly use you again for my DIY kit needs.
