Called in to Toolstation at the top end of Lincoln and when the product we ordered was out of stock, the manager, Pat searched to find it at other stores. When that failed he looked at the same product individually and then reduced the price lower than the one we originally requested! Happy all round! Toolstation still got their sale and we got the same product that we wanted without having to shop elsewhere and pay higher prices. Great friendly Customer service at the Bishops Rd store in Lincoln.
