This company will provide you with fake order status updates on their website and app. Vestiaire Collective will waste your money and time, show you fake status updates and wait for the customers to proactively contact them instead of owning up to their errors, forcing you to deal with their unprofessional "service" reps and have you keep waiting for nothing to turn up. Disgusting business practice and ethics, business is being reported to relevant consumer ombudsmen for dishonest practices.
