So far it's been 17 since I should have been paid for a sale, and each time I talk to them they promise me they will fix it. They havn't fixed anything but move the date back again and again and again. DO NOT SELL ITEMS ON VESTIAIRE! Customer service is incompetent, they don't read up on what has happened, they just give you the same vague responses over and over. I finally got a manager call scheduled. They called me 3 times. Each time I picked up, and could hear noise in their end, but no one answered me when I spoke. Then they just hung up. Chat also just leaves when they find it fitting. So you are stuck not being able to do anything about it. I have filed a complaint to the EU about their site, and told the other people on twitter to do the same.
