Most horrible service. Please do not use them. All of the reviews below are completely accurate.
The customer service is a joke. If only I could post my email chains on this site - my item has been missing for a month now and they keep telling me to call Hermes (the courier) even though they know very well you cannot speak to Hermes. They keep saying “I will personally follow your order and get back to you in 7 days” and guess what- they don’t get back to you. This company is a joke.
I recommend to buy and sell elsewhere.
