Unpredictable, Untrustworthy, Dysfunctional they lost my Helmut Lang Skirt over a month ago the customer service here is terrible they have lost 2 of the 14 items I have sold as compared to Poshmark which has lost none of 90 and the "help desk" is useless they just give you the runaround.
