This is an update on my previous review, Vestiaire apparently lost the tag on the leather jacket (definitely on it when I sent it) and negotiated a price reduction of 15% without asking me, it is quite wonderful to pay for their mistakes....
Additionally to the Fendi sandals/flipflops (still no update, not moving on the site of carrier, still only dropped off and not being processed, I walked there again to check if they were picked up, they said everything was the next day) I had sent them a message about the item not moving as they say you should do if there is no update for 48 hours during weekday. I received the usual copy and paste mail that it is forwarded to the relevant department... The reply shows that they have not even read it and sent another copy and paste message back:
Dear.....
Thank you for your email, and congratulations on the sale of your Leather flip flops!
I just want to assure you that, once you've dropped your item at the ParcelShop, the carrier will ship it to the buyer, and the tracking will be updated for each every step of the shipment.
Besides, on the side of the buyer, they can contact the carrier to arrange the delivery of the item.
I hope that your parcel will be safely received by the buyer soon.

Bear in mind that I gave them the date of WHEN I dropped them off, that the tracking does not seem to update, a link to the tracking that it does not update, a copy of the receipt from the pickup shop, that I can't contact the carrier because officially Vestiaire issued the label and for them is the sender and would they please investigate! It seems they do not even BOTHER to read emails or investigate if their carrier loses and item.
