They are very fast to send news on Vestiaire Collective but the customer care is very very slow and inefficient.
I bought a Chanel bag from MyTheresa(professional seller) after 4 days I wanted to return it and they said no. First by chat they said that was sending me a return label and after the email did come I contact them by email and they said no. Simply like this.They lied to me. On their website is clear the message saying that you can return the items from a professional seller in 14 days. Disappointed. I do not advise this store.
