Followed their procedure,have proof of posting, it’s been lost by courier “ allegedly “, now four weeks since postage, all I keep getting is lies, lies and more lies. They say get back to you in 24 hours and they dont. Latest one investigation take 30 days, well it’s now over that since I posted and done everything asked.
