Vestiaire is a scam. Plain and simple. Their so called customer service is intentionally structured so as to make it nearly impossible to reach a human being. They vetted/rejected an item that I bought as being inauthentic, then held it, and then re-sold it themselves as authentic...seriously!! Last straw was when they charged me to vet another item, which was fraudulent, and then refused to accept it/refund me when I returned it. Run don't walk from this absurd sham of a scam!
