Totally ridiculous, sold an item, shipped the same day, noticed the item is not moving and now for weeks as shown as at the drop off shop (Hermes/Evri) went several times to the parcel shop, they told me it has been sent they have no idea why it doesn't show up and maybe the driver didn't scan it or they haven't scanned it at the sorting place. I informed them after it was still the same after a few days, they told me not to worry and will monitor and after the 7th they will start to investigate. I had given them proof of postage, the parcel shop where I dropped it off, they sent me a message on the 7th that if I don't reply to them they will close the issue!!!!! They told me that they would investigate on the 7th! I gave them the same info again, they asked for all of it plus my ID again! I offered to upload my ID securely on their website but said I will not send it in an email where it can be intercepted, apart from that, they are the issuer of the label and the recipient (item was sent to them) it is only a little dress, not too expensive but I sold it with them and people who can't even read that I gave them the drop off shop, proof of postage etc before, I am not trusting them with my ID. I managed to finally contact Hermes/Evri as the parcel shop gave me a phone number, they claim since Hermes issued the label they do not need my address.
I hate it, they use the cheapest sending service, one that is known to lose items left right and center, their customer service is a joke, you keep on giving them the info, they just send copy and paste messages, I am not sending a copy of an ID via email, first of all it can easily be intercepted and 2nd the person at the other end might be some call center person who sells the info on and I could be in a world of trouble. I told them REPEATEDLY I would happily upload my info on their website, where it is secure, but not via eMail.
This is not customer service, this is a joke with bots!
