I am a seller and have sold almost 10 things. Payment is slow. CS is bot and it's rellay frustrated to reach if you have issues. The COE, the founder and investors are your people only interested if the profit?? Your commission is not cheap. Is high but your service is horrible and so unprofessional. VC authenticator is lame. Shame on you that some of you don't even know the model of the items. SOP sucks! You people item that is authentic. You people don't even read the description of your item. You mentioned in detailed this item is a complete Set and there is no serial number inside the bag bcoz it is a microchip bag. Yet the rejected and insist you to provide the date code serial number etc. Some of the buyer uploaded only 2 pictures of the item without and proper description yet they approved!!!!! If you are a buyer, you will noticed that the item you like is sold by different sellers. Some has never provide serial number and the photos uploaded has no quality etc, yet they approved 🙄. Where is the consistency here in Vestiaire Collective that claimed they are B what so ever? All your reply is a cut and paste.
