Vestiaire makes up the rules as they go along and apparently their quality control is unable to read. I sold an item, I mentioned small scuffs and supplied 15 pictures in total and 3 exactly showing the scuffs, but apparently their quality control is unable to read or look at the pictures or doesn't know their own rules, or maybe just had a bad day and doesn't give a toss about the rules that are clearly stated and decides there are scuffs. Yes doofus, the scuffs that were pictured and mentioned as according to your rules. I even put a note in where I mentioned that the scuffs were mentioned and pictured, how hard is it to look that up? Seriously, how this company got so big with such horrendous and plainly "challenged" staff is unbelievable, they lie to you through their teeth regularly
