I'm following up with your response below about the customs fees. All the information you have provided only applies to *Buyers* and not *Sellers*.
As a seller, I was given *no* information on the buyer's location, nor was I given the option to choose a buyer based in the same country as I am, the UK. Only the buyer has the option to set the location filter that you mentioned.
The team got back to me today with a screenshot of a FAQ page that was newly edited. The website only indicated "free of charge", before the staff hastily added new sentences to it to attempt to benefit your side. It wasn't until I enquired your staff to receive my item back for the fifth time that you decided to add that extra sentence there on the 19th of January. However, I have plentiful screenshots of the information I referred to as a seller at the time of the sale, and at the time I was enquiring you to return my item.
I would appreciate your prompt assistance so I can finally have my item back without being liable for the international customs fees that the *buyer independently agreed to without my say*. Alternatively, I am happy to provide an EU address (if that is where the fees arise from) for us to both avoid the charges.
