NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
I purchased a bag which was physically reviewed by an expert.
The bag is materially different from the description measurements.
The description is for a bag which is 40cm wide and I confirmed this before purchasing.
The arrived and is 30cm instead.
1- There is no point in paying to have an item physically checked if the check misses something as simple as the measurements.
2. There is no customer service on orders once received.
Although I immediately reported this to VC. Their customer service is not on call 24hrs as stated. the only way to communicate is a chat which is not monitored.
There has been no reply from the char or email.
This is the second item I purchase and have a number of items listed.
This is my first time using their Customer Service and I have to say I will not deal with this company again, unless I get this resolved in the next 24hrs.
