Then they have a ton of scammers who abuse direct shipping, getting in touch with Vestiaire is a horror show, copy and paste replies, like the replies you see here, generic copy and paste, cheapest shipping companies, items get lost or misdelivered, Vestiaire does not help as again, clueless staff not interested, lying to your face. If they would spend a fraction of the time on customer service (they have no phone lines, chat mostly unavailable, email clueless idiots sending copy and paste replies often not even addressing a question or request) or getting a qualified authentication team, they could be a good company. Seeing the latest review that are so nondescript and as generic as their replies, I guess they are countering the real reviews with putting their outsourced call center staff on posting fake positive reviews.
