I have ordered twice from Vestiaire Collective and twice both orders gone bad by the seller. 1st one the seller took my money and cancelled within an hour of receiving my money without an explanation. Then the second order I received a discount which I accepted and within an hour of receiving my money the buyer said the item wasn't in stock and to chose a similar item at an additional cost!!! It appears that Vestiaire Collective allows for its buyers to take money leaving the customers hanging to sort out a refund. What a great way to steal from customers as I have YET to receive a refund for the second item bought at the same time of the first. To top it all, I was charged custom charges which I am hoping Vestiaire should be honest and refund this as well as nothing was shipped due to the sellers "error". Vestiaire Collective should make all its sellers hold payment until all transactions are complete. They don't care about customers, all I get is a robotic AI BOT response each time! :-( Vestiaire Collective where is my FULL REFUND FOR THE ITEM ON YOUR SITE I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE?????????
