Ok where to begin? It started out good I am actually a seller on there, I didn't have a sale for awhile on there then I had 3 back to back exciting. Everything went smoothly I got a couple more sales fairly quickly the all of a sudden nothing. No traffic on my page, no likes nothing, they kept asking me to drop my prices when I finally did I sold again, I usually went with their price suggestions so I thought that was odd. Then no more sales for mabye a month or so, and then when I would go to list something every bag was coming back as not being able to be authenticated but they would take the entire 48 hours or longer to come back with that decision. I had my bags authenticated it was just weird I had never done anything wrong never had a complaint then I started to get mad and wanted to know why they weren't listing my items, I think it was because I never bought on their site, and I did not they are too overpriced , they arn't very knowledgable about vintage handbags any brand Then I had weird things happening on my page I couldn't recieve messages or submit them, My listings would disappear, I finally had enough and pulled what little listings they let me have off of there. I was in a chat with someone to resolve the issure and he never came back to the chat SO I emailed directly not through customer chat, and i was pretty vocal, I threatened to sue because they broke a contract they have a duty of care to me as a client. Long story short nothing was ever resolved they cost me sales when they blocked me fromt the chatroom. There was something wrong with my site and they were taking care of it in the meantime I had 2 accepted offers and a possible third with the possability of about $600 profit. I did however go back to selling with them. I never closed my account then one day I started to list again I listed 5 bags back to back all of them accepted some of them didn't even go for review. It took me a very long time to get a sale and when i did I kept getting told I had to link it to my bank account I already had, I never cancelled my log in I just simply didn't list with them for a couple weeks, then i sell a bag so Imsupposed to verify my payment they were going to send a link but they had the wrong email address that one was a very old one that I hadn't used in over 10 years but they are the ones that put that trough and I filled out the page requesting a change of email address was supposed to hear back within 48hrs, nothing problem not resolved. So I submitted another one waited the amount of time they said sill nothing. I was chatting with support who had no knowledge of how to do thier job. It was getting very frustrating. I never knew other people were having the same problems as me I thought I was the only one. The last straw was when I sold a Louis Vuitton Papillion and they sent me a picture of the inside when it got to thier site and apparantly it had a huge mark on the inside.I still as confused as to what went on . My buyer cancelled they are mailing me the bag. That was it I will no longer sell or buy on Vestiar. I am actually trying to seek out people that have had simiar experience or some who had had a similar experienIce . They affected my livelihood and shutting me down for a day doesn't help. If anyone has actually taken the time to read this ( I know it's long so thank you) and has had similar experiences or even different but where Vestiaire is abusing their power and being unethical can you please reach out to me if possible? even if its on this platform It would be greatly appreciated.
