After complaining for being singled out with my item refused by quality control (while other sellers in the Uk and worldwide with identical items were kept on their website), Vestiaire’s support team made me believe they were dealing with my query for several days. Then Vestiaire asked me to provide them details of such sellers in order to answer my enquiry or close my enquiry. Very inefficient, unhelpful, unprofessional customer service. Be aware… very aware! Not worth the hassle.
