As a seller Ive really grown to hate Vestiaire . Website and app never work properly, they take almost 25% commission sometimes while trying to push you to sell cheaper which means you end up making nothing for your sale. There is never clarity when a sale is cancelled and it seems like the buyer can use any excuse to return your item and you’re left wondering why. Which obvious damages your seller score.
Truly not worth selling on this app, they’re making themselves rich while having the most mediocre website and customer service ever.
