It is nice that Simon didn't even bother to read, and that obviously he lied through his teeth, which seems to be what your customer support is trained in. On top of it, if you are on a Mac, the website does not work on Firefox, you can't even see your account details, and no, I am NOT EVER going to use the App of a company that is so hopeless, firstly I don't enjoy looking at items on a tiny smartphone screen when I can do it on a computer, 2nd your customer support and IT is so absolutely below par (you must be paying them in bananas) that I am really not putting an app from such a company on any of my devices.
