Again, there is a problem with reaching you via the webpage, I sent you 3 mails vial your webpage, my item 37826323 is wrongly listed as a maxi skirt when it is a full length evening gown.
Last week when I had a problem you kept on sending me emails that you still need a response, when I could not respond to your mails, as they bounced, now I try to reach you via the website, there is no email confirmation that you have received my request, so I assume the emails all don't reach you. This happens periodically, nobody from Vestiaire seems to actually care about this and countless other IT problems. You don't have phone lines, the IT seems to have problem after problem, especially for Mac users, you are trying to push people on the app, but frankly, if your website has such problems.
It happens so often that I list something correctly, as a dress for example, it then shows up as something totally else, so I have to try and contact you, which often really doesn't work, and it is a bit of a waste of my time to write email after email, which apparently never reaches you via your contact form. In case I get hold of somebody (finally) and ask them to let IT know, they are simply not interested, this is another department, not their concern.
I have a full time job, if I want to get rid of designer items I don't wear enough, I don't want it to be as stressful as a job, especially since you get precious little for them, trying to chase you up only to not being able to get through to you, then after days when I finally get through to you, often a reply that shows they have not even read the mail and just send an auto-reply about something totally different.
Those problems have been mentioned over and over again, you reply with your copy and paste answer, generic and not interested, it really isn't very trust inspiring!
