I sold my item and shipped it per instructions, but the buyer never collected their package and ignored my messages. After two months, the package was returned to me but UPS charged me €25.99 for the return shipping and Vestiaire refused to cover the expenses. I also didn’t get paid as the buyer has to inspect the received goods first, before the payment is processed. Why to penalize the seller if a buyer changes their mind after the sale?
