NOT TO BE TRUSTED !
I got to know this app because of a friend, I wanted to buy a bag and I wanted to try first to save some money and buy it here instead of a store because I heard it was reliable. We were both my friend and I looking for a bag and we found one we like, the same day we order the same exact bag from 2 different sellers ( seller X and Y) my seller was offering a not used and with label bag (it was packed and all new) and hers was only not used. We paid different prices for our bags, I did pay more than her, we both live in the same city and by coincidence we were both getting the bag on Friday. She got hers on Friday morning and me around 3 pm.
As mentioned above my seller posted the serial number, so I know which bag I should have gotten but when I open my bag my face was blank, I felt like this is not my bag, the conditions and the pictures from my seller were so different. I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed. So I open the bag and start looking for the serial number of the bag and i realised is not the one I bought. numbers didn’t match ! So simple.
I knew my friend got hers in the morning so I texted her immediately and I said, this is not my bag, it looks so dusty and mine was supposed to be packed and new. Somehow hers looked so good, so I told her I think they exchanged our bags and they gave you mine. Can you please check the serial numbers and for my surprise it was mine, the one from my seller. I told her immediately this is my bag but for her it is hers (this is another topic) but what a horrible experience.
Once I realised that, I contacted them immediately to report this to customer service, I told them is not my bag and I will send it back to them. I explained them they sent the wrong bag but they tried to convince me it was my bag and what a coincidence I knew what exactly happened to my bag. Someone else got it and for their disadvantaged I knew who even has it.
So i explained them over and over again, with details, serial numbers, I told them I have all the info to proof what happened in this situation and one customer agent will say ok sorry send us the bag back, the other this is your bag (we checked) etc.
Crazy ! I still paid a lot of money and they just wanted to make me think is the bag I bought when it was not the serial number my seller stated in the sell, the one he/she posted.
I’ve been in contact with their team every day, asking for feedback the whole time, to be honest one of the worse customer service ever, They just try to reply yes our experts will check and revert but they took so long. I even sent them a letter explaining point by point but they never really reply on what happen3ed here.
The sad part here is first my first experience was horrible, in every way. Second how can you trust their service if they exchanged 2 bags and they didn’t even realise? I just saw they reposted the bag, they are selling it themselves and they posted the original photos of my seller with that serial number when that bag is not the one, my friend has that bag and that serial number, I can prove it to anyone anytime ! Crazy how unreliable they are.
To me they didn’t acknowledge anything, just a fake apology. We are sorry for the inconvenience but they didn’t care or comment about this situation.
Sellers, be careful because if I didn’t know they exchanged the bags I would have think the seller is not serious or is trying to trick me. The sellers reputation is on the line when the real mistake here was from them exchanging the bags. It went down in the is warehouse.
Now that bag is posted, the wrong bag ! I can’t believe. Buyers I can tell you that bag has an owner. I can’t believe they made this mistake, it seems they didn’t even realise their mistake ! Again, can they be trusted ?
I’m happy to share my experience with anyone, I can prove everything I said here. I’m still super disappointed about this. So sorry my experience went so wrong, I didn’t get my bag, no acknowledgment or honest apology.
