I sold my earrings, but item was lost by Royal Mail. Although Buyer got a refund straight away. I ended up with no DOLCE GABBANA earrings no money. After month of back and forth with Customer Service they wrote this email for me :
I am coming back to you regarding your Earrings under reference : 43303068 and the investigation we opened with the carrier.
Following a thorough investigation with the carrier, they have denied responsibility for the issue, thus, we are unable to provide payment in this particular instance.
I understand that this news may not be what you were hoping for, but please know that our decision aligns with our company's policy regarding disputed deliveries”
I’m follow the rules, they choose Royal Mail 48 h without insurance. They must have choose next day delivery with insurance. I HAVE NO EARRINGS FOR COST 900 EU !!! AND NO MONEY. They washed the hands. I deleted my all sale never selling here again. And I will report them. No one can do this with no one! Be very careful with them.
