If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered two pair of earrings on May 19th. The first pair - Lanvin clips - arrived with the stone detached from the earring. I started the refund process immediately and it is excuse after excuse why they won't refund. The second pair arrived June 11th, 23 days later. I was not home at that time; but opened them and didn't see anything wrong. Traveled again. Took earrings out of box to try on and felt that the stone had a chip. After multiple emails (they won't respond unless you contact them via their website and then you have to respond to one of their emails or they reject your communication; also phone always rings busy). Tonight I tried a live chat. The person on the chat looked at the original post and said that he could see the earrings were damaged in the original photograph. Well I couldn't and they had rated them Very Good Condition - no material damage, missing pieces or odor." Their solution - resell damaged goods through their website. Are you kidding me? I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint division of the Attorney Generals office in my home state; with my credit card company and am adding reviews where ever possible to warn others off this site. Sent complaint letter to their CEO as well.
