I was sent the wrong dress, honest mistake by the seller. Vestiaire refused to send me a return label (to this day, 3 days later) although the seller acknowledged the mistake. I was visiting the UK for a wedding, not only I ended up with no dress, I had to leave the country with the wrong one because Vestiaire was unable to give me a solution. So far they have not refunded me or told me anything but that they are investigating.
Avoid at all cost. In Vinted if this happens, in 3 minutes you can print your return label.
