I sold an item and shipped the Jimmy Choo boots the same day, the item was apparently lost by the carrier, I kept sending them all the info, now over a month later on the 30th of September they finally confirmed the carrier lost them. Since then they promise me that I will get paid within 24 hours, so far 3 days have gone and I have not been paid.
Seems 24 hours with Vestiaire are different than 24 hours, every day when I check my account the date changes but it is still "You are going to be paid within 24 hours" - that was promised on the 30th of September, the 1st of October, the 2nd of October and now the 3rd of October. This is absurd
