There was a problem with delivery, however the item was then delivered the next day to the buyer, which is clearly visible through the tracking, however in the meantime Vestiaire cancelled the order, claiming the item will be returned to me. I told them the item wasn't returned to me but delivered to the buyer the next day, I would like my money.
Now those idiots at customer service tell me that the buyer doesn't respond to them, of course not, Michaela Boden in Blackpool wants to keep the dress for free since Vestiaire have refunded her, so she is dodging their emails and calls.
Their reply is the same round about BS, about letting them know!
WHERE IS MY MONEY VESTAIRE, I sent the item, it was delivered, you made the mistake, pay me!
