However, when I went to pay, the price reverted to the original £682 without any explanation. I noticed this right away and contacted customer service, hoping to cancel the deal immediately before the seller processed the order. But I was told that I couldn’t cancel the order myself—I had to rely on the seller to do it, which is already a huge red flag in terms of customer rights and flexibility. As expected, the seller quickly dispatched the package, conveniently preventing any cancellation. When I then asked if I could return the item once I received it, I was told no, unless the product was not as described. Basically, everything about returns and refunds is completely controlled by the seller and the company, with no room for genuine customer concerns or errors. This entire process is incredibly unfair, and their policies leave buyers completely powerless. I would strongly advise against buying from this website. It's a frustrating experience with no regard for customer satisfaction or basic fairness. Avoid at all costs!
