Absolutely ridiculous, you can list your items but then they are NOT shown, the bots they claim are customer service do NOTHING, listed patent SL Tributes yesterday, they still do not show up, even in the search they don't (where I give colour, size, material and location and tried to find them) they show up inside my account but when I look at my profile and sort by most recent, again NO SHOW.
Is Vestiaire trying to be the worst in everything? We already know they are when it comes to customer service, if they want to go any lower with lying and gaslighting, being not qualified, not sure how they can manage, but their software is another issue, last week they had a massive data leak (you might have gotten the message to change the password - yes, their App is so bad, people can hack it....)
Live chat is about the most useless thing ever, communication with a gold fish is intellectually challenging compared to what clueless people they have, it is bots and more bots, email not much better (if you can get through) and then you get nonsense replies.
As somebody who tried to sell a few designer items, I honestly rather take them to the charity shop or put them on eBay, as dealing with the "people" from Vestiaire is totally pointless and just a waste of time.
