I bought a bag from this website, when receiving it the measurements of the bag were all wrong, I went through their return process but my item was not accepted of a refund on the ground it matched the description from the seller, when it literally did not. Because of this I have lost out on a lot of money and am left with a bag that is unusable due to its small size, that doesn’t even fit a phone in, all because I was lied to about the size. I am very disappointed, I have been scammed and will not be shopping from them again.
