I ordered a Gucci Bag and I agreed to pay in 3 terms. Now they have charged me one term extra: €258,30.
It seems no one is directly available to help me with this. There is only a chat but still no one helped me to solve it. I already blocked my creditcard and now waiting for a new card. I would not recommend to split the payment since they just took an extra payment from my card. Perhaps if I wouldn’t have payed in one time by for instance I Deal, that everything would have been fine but now it isn’t.
