According to Vestiaire's own terms and conditions, if there is an alteration, you have to mention it. So I changed something with the closure and mentioned it: "closes with hook and eye but I have removed the eye and replaced it with a thread sling for greater comfort, should you prefer the eye, it is very easy to change back, but this way it is more secure and less irritating" Guess what, they then flag it that it is changed. Can't they read? Don't they care? Possibly a combination of having sub-par staff who is intellectually not capable to read or to check a description and doesn't even care about their own terms of service.
