My first buy recently from VC was a plain disappointment . I bought an LV clutch bag described as “very good condition”. When I received the bag, I realised that its leather strap was missing. The absence of the strap was not mentioned in the description. It was obviously VC fault.
I sent the bag back to be examined by their “experts” according to their consultation. The “ experts” of VC found that the bag with the missing part matched the description (!!!) and relisted it to be sold.
No way! I asked the bag back to me.
One star is too much for VC.
