Unbelievably poor and fraudulent conduct. When you sell an item and provide original purchase receipts they deem the product to be fake and make you pay $25 to return your item. This has happened twice now when I have provided the original purchase receipts from both Prada and Dior. Both items were in the original condition, never used came with authenticity cards and purchase receipts. I am happily deleting the app today.
