I sold a pair of vintage Prada sandals in excellent condition (worn once, stored in box/dust bag). The buyer ( pro)returned them completely destroyed — nothing like how I shipped them. To make it worse: • Another seller has stolen my photos and is relisting the same sandals at an inflated price. • Vestiaire customer support gave me dismissive, template replies, told me the item was “not as described,” and even suggested I just “relist” the destroyed shoes. As a new seller, this experience has been discouraging and unfair. Sellers deserve better protection from fraudulent buyers and duplicate listings.
