I am completely outraged and shocked at the level of customer service this company has given me . I order this Vintage Watch and the seller decided to change the strap and NEVER SEND THE WATCH and then VC still has this order down as pending when I have called you 100 times to tell you to cancel this and refund me my money as the seller didn’t even send it and changed the item . Your website is a scam and a fake and I am so so shocked at the level of poor customer service . You have effectively stolen my money and refuse to give it back and refuse to respond to me .
